Hydrogen is a non-starter. Too expensive to produce, too inefficient
(less green), supporting infrastructure too costly to adapt for mass
storage and delivery and the cells are less safe.

If you think EV's are a bad idea, Hydrogen is a terrible idea.

But hey, if ignorant speculative investors are looking to pour their
money into a dead end then I'm sure there are people willing to take
advantage of them.

Some good points made in this video. Whilst it is focused on home
heating with hydrogen, some of the points might be quite valid when
relating to hydrogen in cars.

If the feedstock for the hydrogen is fossil fuel, then there is no CO2
reduction benefit. Any hydrogen has to be generated from water and
solar/wind/hydro/tidal energy.
