there's a new car colour I've started seeing recently that looks
absolutely awful. it's a sort of blue/grey and it looks hideous. I don't
know why anyone would want a car painted like that (maybe they got keefy
on the job?), and I wonder about it from a safety perspective is it
likely to be less visible on the road? anyhow, it looks a bit like this,
but a bit more greyish..

Seen a couple like that. Seen more with matte wrops though. The wrap
seems to be gaining in popularity.
